The Concours du Meilleur Burger Aveyronnais brings together the region's top chefs and artisans for a competition that's all about innovation and taste. Each contestant has to revisit the burger, highlighting iconic products from our département, from Roquefort to Aubrac beef, not forgetting artisan bread from local bakers.
An exceptional jury
A prestigious panel of judges will be on hand to judge the chefs' creations, including Nicole Fagegaltier, a renowned chef and leading figure in Aveyron gastronomy. Her expertise and love of the region will add a unique touch to this competition.
